I paint energy and emotions... both my own, and what I absorb from others.

A lifelong explorer and traveler, I am fascinated by humanity and nature. Abstracted elements of my perceptions and experiences of each are intertwined in my work. My journey living and working across three continents has given new meaning to John Lennon’s words: “The more I see, the less I know for sure.” Painting is a form of release, helping me unpack layers of complexity that words or conscious logical thought cannot.

I am mostly self-taught and have been painting since 2016. My studio practice is currently based in San Francisco, California.
